     ...“挑戰精神”消失了今天的新力職工好像沒有了自發的動機。為什麼呢
    ?我認為是因為實行了績效主義。績效主義就是:“業務成果和金錢報
    酬直接掛鉤,職工是為了拿到更多報酬而努力工作。”
    如果外在的動機
    增強,那麼自發的動機就會受到抑制。如果總是說“你努力幹我就給你
    加工資”,那麼以工作為樂趣這種內在的意識就會受到抑制。從1995年
    左右開始,新力公司逐漸實行績效主義,成立了專門機構,制定非常詳
    細的評價標準,並根據對每個人的評價確定報酬。但是井深的想法與績
    效主義恰恰相反,他有一句口頭禪:“工作的報酬是工作。”就是說,
    如果你幹了件受到好評的工作,下次你還可以再幹更好、更有意思的工
    作。在井深的時代,許多人都是為追求工作的樂趣而埋頭苦幹。但是,
    因實行績效主義,職工逐漸失去工作熱情。在這種情況下是無法產生“
    激情集團”的。

    為衡量業績,首先必須把各種工作要素量化。但是工作是無法簡單量化
    的。公司為統計業績,花費了大量的精力和時間,而在真正的工作上卻
    敷衍了事,出現了本末倒置的傾向。因為要考核業績,幾乎所有人都提
    出容易實現的低目標
    可以說新力精神的核心即“挑戰精神”消失了。
    因實行績效主義,新力公司內追求眼前利益的風氣蔓延。 ....

     

    為甚麼除了PC Weekly 和 PC Online之外, 我做過的公司大都是這個類別? p.r. 公司更不在話下了,我也不便說太多。
